At CRESS Dive Gear Shop, we stand behind the quality of our diving equipment and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. These include face masks, aqua shoes, flip flops, and beach towels.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Confirmation: We’ll email you once we’ve processed your return.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • International Customers: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank’s processing times.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • You may be asked to pay any price difference for upgraded items
  • Shipping costs for the new item will be charged unless the exchange is due to our error

Damaged or Faulty Items
